Who am I?
A bartender with years of experience in restaurants and private event catering alike. I've slung shots in pubs, pumped out hand-crafted cocktails as the lead bartender of high-volume restaurants, and have supported the unions of hundreds of couples on the happiest days of their lives!
I'm a dedicated professional who has made a point to train throughout the industry—from the world's top bartenders on craft drink creation, from breweries on beer, from wineries on wine, and from five-star casinos and country clubs on guest service standards.
